If you've signed up for our Business-Class Email service, but you currently have a different email provider, you'll need to make a few changes to ensure you continue receiving emails correctly on your devices.
We've got all the information you need to make the transfer right here in three easy steps. After your site has launched, you'll be able to complete the process below using the temporary password that was provided to you.
- Change your email password. Choose a strong password that you will easily remember. View instructions here.
- Change settings in your email program. View our Device Setup articles here.
Make sure you update your password along with incoming server, outgoing server, and any necessary port information.
Do not delete the existing account from your device if you want to keep a history of your old emails from your previous provider, since these will not be transferred from your previous email host.
- Send yourself a test email from your personal email account, or contact our support desk to have them send you a test.
