There are a few situations where you might need to change your password. The most common is after the account was created. When your email account is first created, it is given a temporary secure password. You will need to change this password prior to setting it up on your devices.
- Log in to your Business-Class Email.
- Under the Email tab, click Settings, and select Personal Settings.
- In the Current Password field, enter your current password.
- In New Password, and Confirm New Password fields, enter your new password.
- Click OK.
Passwords must be between 5 and 25 characters long.
