The winter snow is falling outside, but the elves here in Momentum's workshop have been coding away to bring you the latest updates to our platform. Some are big, some are small, but we're always working to improve the platform so that you can generate more leads and manage your site with ease.
In this month's update, we rolled out the following new features:
No longer do you need to hunt for your account information document to find the login link for your website. You can now always access it from momentumplatform.com/login using the same user name and password you were supplied when your account went live. If you need a password reset, or you forgot your user name, send a message to our support desk.
Easy Support Access
Maybe you forgot how to write a blog post, or edit the content on your site, but didn't know how to get in touch with us before. Now, you can submit a support request right from your website dashboard. Just click on "Submit a Support Ticket" or the support bubble in the lower right hand corner, and submit a request directly without leaving your dashboard!
Proudly display the logos of your affiliated groups, top tier suppliers, or any other set of scrolling images using our new logo carousel. No more clustered displays of logos, now you can automatically scroll through them and add some nice visual flair to your site.
Mobile Contact Bar
Your users are on mobile, so make sure they know how to reach you using our new mobile contact bar feature. Add up to four custom icons to the mobile version of the site so they can make a call, pull up directions, find your hours, send an email, or whatever you choose!
We also squashed a handful of bugs throughout the platform along the way. To request a logo carousel or mobile contact bar for your site, or to submit your own suggestions for new features, you can open a ticket with our support desk. We love feedback from our customers, so your feature may make its way in to a future platform update!
Coming soon we'll have improvements to this help center, new page templates for you to use, improved page speed (thanks to our super-smart development team), and even more improvements on the platform dashboard!
