Hosting & Maintenance Policy

At Momentum we strive to provide the best service possible.  Our support agents are available M-F from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to assist you, and respond to all requests within one business day.

All customers that host their website with Momentum receive one hour of non-billable maintenance per month (hours do not carry over from month-to-month). Tasks that take one hour or less will be completed without the need for customer approval. Momentum will provide clients with an estimate of charges for support requests that require over 1 hour of work to complete. We do not provide support for websites we do not host.

All support requests estimated at 5 hours or more require a work order created by Momentum with customer sign-off. Separate timelines will be provided for work orders.
